In January 2019, the overseas customer service department of Leyunrui Company received multiple complaints, stating that the product was of good quality but the packaging was torn when opened, and they requested a return. Due to the fact that the product is a high-end electronic product and heavy, reaching 6.35KG, it also needs to pass a 760mm height multi angle 6-face test. Multiple manufacturers were unable to meet their requirements, and initially approached us with a trial and error attitude. After multiple experiments, attempts, and modifications to the mold, we were unable to resolve the issue. Later on, our technicians found that it was feasible to combine various advantages through online books and consulting with experienced professors.
