On Saturday, March 15th, 2025, a customer brought over a product with many accessories that were exported to the United States. The customer requested a small and beautiful size, but the original supplier complained that the size was too small. Unable to meet the customer's requirements, I was introduced to our company by a friend and immediately arranged for free engineering design samples. After 4 hours of repeated design, we finally met the customer's requirements. The customer was satisfied and immediately arranged on-site layout. After confirmation by the American customer, we immediately placed an order.
